We served more than 300 children in Bible school which was an awesome experience. Vacation Bible School in Peru was different that VBS here in the United States..sometimes no church, no fancy arts, no fancy electronics...yet God was there and a Spirit of joy was experienced by all. We over do God many times in our churches and especially with our children. We think things need to be so sleek and perfect which in turns leaves out Christ.
What I found out today again with my friends the children of Peru - God is in the small places. Here on a dirt street we stood in a circle, sang, read the Bible, prayed and praised God. Then we played games and sang at the top of our lungs. This VBS was great fun watch the video if you want to see.
