Thankful for those who push me to do better. This month I am receiving the gift of training - Brene Brown's 'Dare To Lead' is a 12 week course I am taking.
One of the first things I learned is how I have been making myself 'small' in order to not be too much. This has been killing me. Slowly making myself self mute, shrink and not participate or dare say lead as I am called.
Part of my 'un shrinking' will be to speak on this blog once a month. Not sure what I'll be saying or doing yet but I'm not shrinking from what I need to say.
