Yogurt Yum!

Another of my favorite easy recipes
Ingredients (Makes 1 serving)
140
grams frozen Mixed Berries (1 Cup)
113
grams (1/2 cup) Greek 0% fat yogurt (Fage is what I use)

grams (1 tsp) Sugar free instant pudding (cheesecake, vanilla, etc.)
Makes 1 Serving:
Calories 160, Fiber 5 gms, Carbs. 27, Protein 13
Directions
In one container (that you can add a lid to) place frozen mixed berries (1 Cup/140 grams), measure 1 tsp or 6 grams sugar free pudding (dry), add 1/2 cup or 113 grams of Greek yogurt on top.
If you are going to eat this say in a few hours then leave the dish out and do not refridgerate. The fruit will melt, mixing the pudding, and yogurt. If making ahead place in the fridge. Once you are ready to eat mix together and it has a wonderful flavor. I have used cheesecake pudding, butterscotch, and pistachio with a variety of frozen fruits: peach, mixed berry, mango and cherry.
