Simple foods


Drank 8 glasses of water, ate better yesterday and cut off the snacking. Today I add this goal: Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

Time to read the ingredients! As my friend Rob Allen suggested ..only eat foods that a third grader can pronounce in the ingredients. Okay! I just looked in my food bin that I use to add ons for emergency lunches suppers etc....none of the foods their apply! I am going to have to make my own. Looks like home made pop corn just made a comeback.

I am really thankful that coffee beans are natural!

Do you have any ideas for good food to pack in lunches that are made from real food ingredients?
